- This one tops them all. Free to download and test out for
21 days. If you decide to keep it and use it (and we are sure
you will want to!), it is $19.95 to register. Works with AOL
and all other browsers, Smart enough to allow popup windows
to open that you want opened.

* Play different sounds when ads are blocked.
* Blocks ad companies from tracking you (cookies)
* Runs in the system Tray (no desktop clutter)
* Kills unwanted popup ads before they open.

2. Exit
Killer- A good program as well. Works with AOL,
IE, and Netscape as well. Its has a money back guarantee if
it does not work. Not free and the price is a little high
$29.99, but it might be worth the extra features. We give
it a A-
3.Popup
Killer - Pop Up Killer works with a ton of browsers
except Netscape, but is only for Windows. It used to be free,
but not anymore. You can download a free Trial Version, but
it stops after blocking 30-40 ads. Cost $24.95, we give it
a C+
4. AnalogXPow
- This programs just closes the popup automatically after
it opens, and did work ok. Missed some pops occasionally.
Free to download and use. We give it a C-, but its free!
5. Everlasting
Pop Stopper - Works With Internet
Explorer, Netscape, AOL and All Other Browsers. Works with
all Versions of Windows. 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, and XP. Special
Offer through this link - 50% Off- $29.99
(Retail Price $59.99). We personally didn't care for this
one.

Pop-Up
Stopper - The
pro version, about $20, works only with Internet Explorer
and Windows but has great features. The free version works
with Internet Explorer and Netscape but is a bit limited.
You can test both for free.
A
few Web sites will try to block users with browsers that shut
down pop-ups. If the site is important to you, you can always
shut down the pop-up filter.
